Then ZOOM IN all the way. It's the two-story buiding with the white railing located in the park.

EXPO is at the Start Line!

Each runner is required to visit the “Running for the bay!” Health and Fitness EXPO to obtain their race packet. If you are a runner, walker, wheelchair entrant or spectator you are welcome to visit the EXPO. The EXPO is FREE and open to the public.

Visit the EXPO to obtain the required items for the race entrance and local information.

At the expo you will receive information about the race and obtain your race packet. You will also recieve information about the local area. It's not glitz and glamour, just good people having a good time. Come to the event to meet new running friends and to find out how to enjoy the Apalachicola Bay area.

Packet pickup

The EXPO will close on Saturday night (October 20nd) at 7:30pm. You can pick up your race packet until then. If you are going to arriving late on Saturday, please pre-register for the race/s via Active.com or mail-in your registration. That way, we can have all your info pre-loaded into the computer for the timing company. It's just difficult on the staff if you don't pre-register AND need your race packet at the last minute. For special needs please e-mail us at friends@runningforthebay.com and we ill try to make accommodations.

The EXPO is a great place to get into the swing of the “Running for the bay!” race events.

We may have basic items for race day, such as gels, energy bars, socks, etc. In addtion we will have information on the race, the "Walk the Pasta II" and information on landmarks in the local area.

EXPO:
Location: Battery Park in downtown Apalachicola, Florida. The EXPO is located in the Community Center in City Hall, right beside the Startline/Finishline.

HIGHLIGHTS

- Race registration MAY be available at the EXPO until closing time on Saturday October 20, 2012 if slots are available. NOT ON SUNDAY (RACE DAY).

- Race entrants will be asked to show a photo ID when picking up their race packets.
